Photos: Kendrick Lamar & J. Cole In The Studio

Remember when Kendrick stood in front of that store and played the heat Cole and him had? Yeah, me neither. They’ve been talking about their collabs for a couple years now. Hopefully this means we’ll get something from them soon.

Picture: Amar’e Stoudemire Should Have Switched To Direct TV

When you watch cable you get bad fashion ideas…

When you get bad fashion ideas, you get skinny braids…

When you get skinny braids, you think you’re a prize fighter…

When you think you’re a prize fighter, you fail at your REAL job…

When you fail at your job think you’re a prize fighter, you get mad and punch through glass…

When you punch through glass, you miss playoff games…

When you miss playoff games, you lose 4-1 and go home early…

Don’t lose 4-1 in the playoffs and get sent home…. switch to Direct TV.

The Royal Carter family finally releases pictures of their heiress Blue Ivy Carter FOR FREE. They could have easily sold the pictures for millions, so it speaks volumes about them as people. Or it says a lot about how much money they actually have to turn down millions.

Pictures: Rare Photos of Michael Jordan …the Greatest Ever

by DG

I don’t think there will ever be a player (or athlete for that matter) that will have the type of impact MJ did. Obviously, his performance on the court is what made him great but his demeanor and the way he carried himself is what made him legend. He not only changed the game but the culture. I present to you rare photos of Michael Jordan aka the shit that I haven’t seen before so I automatically assume you haven’t either.

Memory Lane: Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996)

by DG

Tupac Amaru Shakur (6/16/71 - 9/13/96)

The loss of Tupac should serve as a reminder that violence is never the answer. Although some of his lyrics may contradict that statement; Pac’s overall goal was peace amongst his people so I decided to post some rarely seen photos of Pac with his friends/colleagues to honor that. I also put up two of my personal favorite songs.

Picture Me: 26 Photos of the London Riots

by DG

Two nights of rioting in London’s Tottenham neighborhood erupted following protests over the shooting death by police of a local man, Mark Duggan. Police were arresting him when the shooting occurred. Over 170 people were arrested over the two nights of rioting, and fires gutted several stores, buildings, and cars. The disorder spread to other neighborhoods as well, with shops being looted in the chaos. Collected here are images from the rioting and the aftermath. — Lane Turner (26 photos total) via the Big Picture

Picture Me: My Trip to Amsterdam Part 1

by DG

I am sitting in my hostel lobby right now waiting on the train back to the airport. I decided to share my experience of Amsterdam with you all. This is only part 1. I will post more from the airplane or when I get back to the states. Cheers.

I'm standing in front of one of the many canals that go through Amsterdam. Actually it has more than Venice.

“People who talk about revolution and class struggle without referring explicitly to everyday life, without understanding what is subversive about love and what is positive in the refusal of constraints, such people have a corpse in their mouth.” - Raoul Vaneigem

This is the first peice of artwork I seen exiting the train. The entire city is decorated with graffiti similar to this.

As you can see, Lil Wayne is an icon in Amsterdam. The music seen was dominated by hip-hop. Mostly by Drake, Wayne, Hov & Beyonce.

This is the type of things you find in EVERY shop along with ectasy pills, liquid cocaine, marijuanna and alcohol. Cocaine for breakfast? Yikes.

It's the bike capital of the world so we decided to rent some for the day and see the town at a faster pace.
